Studio
A small room on Phetkasem, not a campus of funnels.
Model Servicehub exists because creator teams in Thailand were buying dashboards faster than they were learning to argue with them. We teach Creator App Analytics the way a cutting room teaches picture lock: slowly, in company, with paper on the table.
Mission
We want a host in Bangkok, a shop editor in Khon Kaen, or a two-person podcast in Chiang Mai to open their app analytics and know which number is allowed to change the next recording day. Not every number. The one that survives a quiet week.
That mission is deliberately local. Platform interfaces arrive in English; audience behaviour here does not. Faculty keep examples in Thai and English, and we still print charts because a phone screen is a poor place to disagree.
Pedagogy
We teach with recuts, not with leaderboards.
Every lab week has three beats: a short lecture, a live reading of a real export (anonymised when needed), and a homework recut. You are asked to change one creative decision and write down what you expect the curve to do. The following week we check whether the world agreed.
There are no public class rankings. There is a faculty critique, usually fifteen minutes, closer to a notes session than a grade. People who want a certificate can have one; people who want a better Monday meeting tend to stay for the ritual.

Community
The room is mixed on purpose: beauty retailers sitting beside football clip channels, university media labs beside independent hosts. What they share is a dislike of vanity metrics and a willingness to be wrong in front of peers.
Once a quarter we open the Phasi Charoen studio for a public reading night. Anyone may bring a chart. Faculty will not sell a seat from the stage. If you want membership, you write afterwards.
The student journey
Most people begin with a note to the studio. We ask what you publish, which apps you actually open, and whether you already have a weekly review. If Creator App Analytics is not your bottleneck — if the real problem is staffing or rights or a platform ban — we say so.
Those who join a lab start on Desk Pass materials the week before the first table session. Live weeks are dense. After week eight you keep the pulse template and, if you chose Studio Cohort, a recorded critique of your capstone dashboard. House Partnership teams stay on a retainer rhythm instead of a cohort calendar.
We are not a university and we are not a software vendor. If you need either, we will tell you who in Bangkok we trust.
