Terms of use
These terms govern your use of model-servicehub.digital and any Creator App Analytics programme offered by Model Servicehub, a studio operating from Bangkok, Thailand. Last updated 13 August 2026.
Acceptance
By browsing this site, submitting a contact form, or accepting a membership letter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol. Enrolment itself begins only when we issue a written confirmation; browsing prices is not a contract.
Who we are
Model Servicehub teaches Creator App Analytics. We are not a university, not a software vendor, and not a payment processor. This website does not collect payment. Invoices, when issued, travel by email after a conversation.
Use of the site
You may read, share links, and print pages for personal or internal team use. You may not scrape the journal at a volume that degrades the service, impersonate the studio, or present our templates as your product. Course materials shared with enrolled students remain licensed for that student’s work, not for resale.
Intellectual property
The Model Servicehub name, wordmark, pulse templates, lab syllabi, journal essays, and page design are owned by the studio or used under licence. Student capstone dashboards remain the student’s, except that we may keep an anonymised critique recording for faculty training unless you opt out in writing. Do not copy lab worksheets onto public marketplaces.
Programmes and informational pricing
Figures on /pricing.html and course pages are informational. A seat exists only after we confirm it. We may refuse an enrolment if Creator App Analytics is not an appropriate next step for your team. Live cohort dates can shift for public holidays in Thailand; we will write before the first table session.
Student work and confidentiality
Exports you bring to a lab remain yours. Faculty will not publish identifiable client data without permission. You agree not to record other students without their consent. House Partnership scopes may include additional confidentiality language in the letter.
Liability
Teaching does not guarantee reach, revenue, ranking, or platform approval. Creator App Analytics changes when apps change. To the fullest extent allowed under Thai law, Model Servicehub is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or platform penalties arising from decisions you make after a lab. Our aggregate liability for a paid programme is limited to the fees you actually paid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Thailand, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect intellectual property. We prefer to resolve studio disputes by written conversation first; please write to info@model-servicehub.digital before filing.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised text. Material changes that affect an active enrolment will also be emailed to the address on your membership letter.
