Flagship lab
Audience Signal Lab
Eight weeks for hosts, editors, and small media teams who must read Creator App Analytics without waiting for a data hire. You leave with a public dashboard you can actually defend.
Who it is for
People who already publish. If you have never shipped a video, a newsletter, or a live show, this lab will feel abstract. If you have a messy export and a Monday meeting that runs long, you are in the right room.
Studio Cohort meets in Phasi Charoen. Desk Pass follows the same syllabus on your own calendar with two written faculty replies.
Informational tuition: Desk Pass ฿18,900 · Studio Cohort ฿42,500 per person. No checkout on this site. See membership.
Modules
- 01The metric kitchen
What your app already logs versus what your team invented in a rush. We throw out numbers that cannot survive a UI redesign.
- 02Watch-time versus return
Which line actually predicts the next 30 days. Viral spikes are treated as weather, not climate.
- 03Audience slices that travel
Definitions you can rebuild after a platform shuffles its analytics tab. Thai and English label sets included.
- 04Experiment logs editors will fill
Short enough for a tired Thursday. Specific enough to compare two thumbnails next month.
- 05Monetization without CPM theatre
Shop, membership, and ads on one table so a “good revenue week” cannot hide a thinner audience.
- 06The weekly pulse
Forty-five minutes, three charts, one owner. The ritual most alumni still keep.
- 07Briefing from a chart
How to talk to a designer or editor without turning the room into a finance meeting.
- 08Capstone dashboard
Rebuild one public view for your show. Studio Cohort receives a recorded critique. Desk Pass receives a written one.
Learning outcomes
- Separate vanity counts from signals that may change the next recording day.
- Draw a 14-day return curve your editor can argue with on paper.
- Keep an experiment log that still gets filled during a heavy shoot week.
- Run a weekly pulse without turning it into a slide performance.
- Explain a monetization dip without blaming a single thumbnail.
From people who sat the lab
Module two forced us to stop treating a viral spike as a strategy. The spreadsheet homework in week three assumed more familiarity than I had. Once I slowed down, the 14-day return chart finally made the Monday meeting shorter.
★★★★☆Capstone critique was specific to our podcast, not a generic dashboard tour. I wanted deeper TikTok Shop auth help than Yai would promise. She pointed us to a developer instead of pretending the connector was stable.
House Partnership grew out of our Studio Cohort seats. Same pulse, more named owners. The lab itself is still the place I send new editors before they touch the team dashboard.
Questions we actually get
Do I need SQL or a data team?
No. We work from exports you can already download. If you arrived hoping for warehouse modelling, this is the wrong room — and we will say so before you pay.
Will you connect every creator app for me?
No. This is a real limitation: Audience Signal Lab does not include direct API setup for every platform. TikTok Shop and some regional apps change authentication often enough that we teach interpretation and export hygiene rather than promising a forever connector. Teams that need engineering-grade pipelines should bring a developer or look at House Partnership as a separate scope.
Can I take Desk Pass and upgrade later?
Sometimes. If a Studio Cohort still has a chair and your Desk Pass window has not closed, we credit part of the self-paced fee. Ask before the first live week; we do not invent mid-lab discounts.
Is there a certificate?
Yes, if you want one. Most alumni care more about the pulse template and the capstone critique. The paper is available in English.
