Privacy notice

This notice explains how Model Servicehub handles personal data when you visit model-servicehub.digital, write to the studio, or enrol in a Creator App Analytics programme. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Data controller

What we collect

Contact forms collect your name, email, optional topic, and message. Enrolment letters may add billing details, show names, and the apps you use. If you visit the studio, a paper sign-in may record your name for building security. We do not take payment card numbers on this website.

If you accept analytics cookies, we may receive coarse usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region. If you reject them, essential cookies still keep the site usable. See Cookies.

Why we process it

We reply to enquiries, issue membership letters, run labs, keep alumni pulse bookings for ninety days, and meet Thai accounting and tax duties. Legal bases include your request to enter a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small teaching studio, consent for optional analytics, and legal obligation for invoices we actually issue.

Retention

Contact messages that do not become enrolments are kept for 18 months, then deleted from active mailboxes unless a legal hold applies. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for at least five years to satisfy Thai bookkeeping expectations. Alumni pulse notes expire 90 days after the lab unless you join House Partnership. Cookie consent choices stay in your browser until you clear storage.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and related rules, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without losing site features. Write to info@model-servicehub.digital. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

International transfers

Our studio and primary mailbox sit in Thailand. Some email or hosting providers may process limited data on servers outside Thailand. When that happens we rely on contractual clauses with those providers and share only what is needed to deliver the site or reply to you. We do not sell personal data. Student exports you bring to class are not uploaded to public tools without your instruction.

Children

Programmes are aimed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 for enrolment. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date above will move. If a change affects an active student in a material way, we will email the address on file.
