A weekly analytics ritual that survives shoot week
If the review only happens when the calendar is empty, it is not a ritual. It is a hobby. Weekly Pulse Rituals exists because most creator teams in Bangkok do not have empty calendars.
Forty-five minutes. Same weekday. Same three charts. One named owner who may not be the host. If the host is shooting, the owner still runs the pulse. That single rule has saved more labs than any lecture.
The three charts
First: 14-day return versus views, same scale. Second: retention for the two most comparable cuts published since the last pulse. Third: one monetization line you actually trust — shop, membership, or ads, not all three fighting for air.
Then one decision, written in a sentence. “We recut the opening of the Tuesday format.” “We keep the caption language split.” “We do nothing and watch this dip for another week.” Doing nothing is allowed. Performing surprise is not.
What we ban
Slide decks. Leaderboards. New metrics invented during the meeting. Guest opinions from people who did not look at the export. Creator App Analytics dies in those rooms.
Alumni tell us the pulse feels dull. Dull is the design. Excitement belongs in the work you publish, not in the forty-five minutes that decide what to recut.
